National University of Science and Technology POLITEHNICA Bucharest - NUSTPB

NUSTPB is the oldest and most prestigious engineer school in Romania, established in 1818. Now, in 2023, the university has 15 faculties with 30,000 Romanian and 1,110 foreign students from 59 different countries. Currently, at NUSTB, the following degrees can be obtained:

• Licence (first professionally qualifying degree): 4 years duration, 18 scientific domains, 95 programs;
• MSc: 2 years duration, 22 scientific domains, 184 programs;
• PhD: 4+2 years duration, 16 scientific domains, 14 Doctoral Schools.

Altogether, 1,325 educational staff work at NUSTB in 54 departments and 68 research centres, together with additional 1,429 auxiliary staff.
